🔐 Please Read Before Making a Deposit
To ensure smooth and secure processing, all users are required to carefully review and follow the deposit rules below. By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
👤 1. Account Name & Payment Method
The payment method used for a deposit must be registered under the same name as the Forsage GPT account holder.
Example:
If your Forsage GPT account is registered under Ali Khan, the payment method used for the deposit must also be registered under Ali Khan.
❌ Deposits made through a payment method registered under another person's name will not be accepted.
🚫 2. Wrong Name / Third-Party Payment
Deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person are considered invalid deposits.
If the name on the payment method does not match the name on the Forsage GPT account:
- ❌ The deposit will not be credited.
- ❌ The deposit request will not be approved.
- ❌ The payment will not be returned.
⚠️ Always verify the registered name before sending your payment.
💳 3. Use the Correct Payment Method
Users must send payments only through the payment method and details provided by Forsage GPT.
Do not send funds to:
- ❌ An incorrect account
- ❌ An expired payment method
- ❌ An unauthorized payment address
- ❌ Any third-party account
Any loss caused by using incorrect payment details is the responsibility of the user.
⏰ 4. 12-Hour Deposit Request Deadline
After sending your payment, you must submit the Deposit Request within 12 hours.
If a Deposit Request is not submitted within the 12-hour period:
🔴 The Deposit ID/Request will automatically expire.
Once expired, the request may no longer be processed.
📌 Important: Do not send a payment and leave the Deposit Request pending. Submit your request immediately after completing the payment.
🪙 5. USDT Deposits
The account-name matching requirement does not apply to USDT deposits.
You may send USDT from a cryptocurrency wallet or account registered under any name.
However, you must carefully verify:
- 🌐 Correct USDT network
- 📍 Correct wallet address
- 💰 Correct amount
- 🧾 Correct Deposit ID/details
⚠️ Sending USDT through the wrong network or to an incorrect wallet address may result in permanent loss of funds.
🔎 6. Verify Before Sending
Before making any deposit, carefully check:
✅ Forsage GPT account name
✅ Payment method name
✅ Payment details
✅ Deposit amount
✅ Deposit ID
✅ USDT network, if applicable
✅ Wallet address, if applicable
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Users are solely responsible for verifying all payment information before sending funds.
Forsage GPT will not be responsible for losses resulting from:
❌ Wrong name
❌ Wrong payment method
❌ Third-party payment
❌ Incorrect account details
❌ Incorrect wallet address
❌ Wrong network
❌ Failure to submit a Deposit Request within 12 hours
