👥 REFERRAL POLICY

📌 Important Referral Rules & Verification Requirements
Before creating a referral, every user must carefully read and understand this Referral Policy. A referral must be genuine, independent, and must meet all required distance, location, activity, and verification conditions.
The platform may use automated systems, AI-based checks, security systems, and account activity reviews to verify whether a referral meets the required conditions.
Failure to follow any of the requirements may result in the referral being rejected, delayed, or marked as Unverified.
1. 👤 Referral Must Be a Genuine Person
Your referral must be a genuine and independent person.
The referral must not be a member of your household or someone from your own home.
You must not create a referral simply for the purpose of completing referral requirements. The referral should belong to a real person who independently operates their own account.
The referral should use their own account and should not be created or operated in a way that creates a false connection between accounts.
2. 📍 30 KM Distance Requirement
Your referral must be located outside the required 30 KM radius from your relevant account activity/location.
The referral must be sufficiently far away to satisfy the platform's 30 KM distance requirement.
Simply having a different address does not automatically satisfy the requirement. The actual relevant location and account activity may be considered during verification.
If the referral is within the restricted 30 KM radius, the referral may not qualify for verification.
Example:
If the relevant referral location is within the 30 KM restricted radius of your previous or current account activity, the referral may be considered invalid even if the referral has a different address.
3. 🚫 Previous Activity in the Referral Area
Before creating a referral, you must make sure that you have not recently visited or used your account within the referral's relevant area or 30 KM radius.
Previous activity may include:
- 📱 Logging into your account
- 🌐 Using your account from that area
- 📍 Visiting the relevant area
- 🔐 Account activity from the relevant location
- 📶 Network or IP-related activity
- Other activity that may connect your account to the referral area
Previous activity can affect the referral verification process.
4. ⏳ 100-Day Gap Requirement
If you have previously visited or used your account within the relevant referral area or 30 KM radius, you must maintain a minimum 100-day gap before creating the referral.
In simple terms:
Previous activity in the relevant area → 100-day waiting period → Referral creation
The 100-day gap is required so that previous activity does not interfere with the referral's distance and location verification.
Creating a referral before the required 100-day period has passed may cause the referral to fail verification.
5. 🚷 Do Not Visit the Referral Area After Creating the Referral
Once you have created a referral and its requirements are still pending, you must not return to the referral's area or use your account within the relevant 30 KM radius.
The referral verification process must be allowed to complete without creating new activity that could affect the verification.
Example:
If you create a referral today and the referral requirements are still pending, you should not visit the referral's area during this pending period.
If you return to the area and use your account before the requirements are completed, the new activity may affect the referral verification.
6. ⏰ Stay Away Until All Requirements Are Completed
If your referral requirements are pending, you must wait until all referral requirements have been successfully completed before returning to the relevant referral area.
Do not assume that creating the referral means the requirements have already been approved.
The requirements must be fully completed and verified first.
Pending ≠ Completed
Only after the requirements have been successfully completed should the verification process be considered complete.
7. 🌐 Location, Network & Device Verification
The platform may use multiple security and verification signals to determine whether a referral is genuine and whether the requirements have been fulfilled.
These checks may include, but are not limited to:
- 📍 Location and distance
- 🌐 IP/network-related activity
- 📶 Internet connection information
- 📱 Device activity
- 🕐 Previous login history
- 🔐 Account activity
- 🔄 Repeated or unusual activity
- 👤 Relationship between accounts
- 🛡️ Security and anti-abuse signals
- 🤖 Automated or AI-based verification
Passing one verification check does not necessarily mean that the entire referral verification process has been completed.
8. 🤖 AI & Automated Security Review
The platform may use AI or automated security systems to identify unusual, suspicious, or inconsistent referral activity.
If the AI or security system detects something that requires further investigation, the referral may be placed under additional review.
This may happen if the system detects:
- Unusual location activity
- Inconsistent distance information
- Previous activity in the referral area
- Suspicious network activity
- Unusual device activity
- Multiple related accounts
- Repeated location changes
- Other activity that requires verification
⏳ Additional Review Period
If your referral is selected for additional AI or security review, the verification process may take longer than the normal processing time.
The additional review may take approximately 10–15 days.
During this period, the referral requirements may remain pending until the review has been completed.
The platform may also request additional information or perform further security checks when necessary.
9. 🚨 Referral Violation & Unverified Status
All users are required to follow the Referral Policy honestly and completely.
If any violation is detected, the referral account may be immediately marked as Unverified.
This may happen if a user:
- ❌ Creates a referral from the same household
- ❌ Violates the 30 KM distance requirement
- ❌ Creates a referral without completing the required 100-day gap
- ❌ Previously used the account in the referral area and creates the referral too soon
- ❌ Returns to the referral area while requirements are pending
- ❌ Uses suspicious or inconsistent location activity
- ❌ Attempts to bypass the referral verification system
- ❌ Provides false or misleading information
- ❌ Creates suspicious connections between accounts
- ❌ Engages in any activity that violates the referral requirements
In such cases, the referral may be rejected or the Referral Account may be marked Unverified immediately.
10. 🔒 Unverified Referral
If a referral account becomes Unverified, its referral requirements may stop or remain pending until the issue has been reviewed.
The platform may perform additional checks to determine whether the referral is genuine and whether the account complies with the Referral Policy.
Depending on the situation, the user may be required to wait for the review to be completed before the referral requirements can continue.
11. 🕵️ Manual & Security Verification
In addition to AI-based checks, the platform may conduct manual or specialist reviews when necessary.
A review may be initiated when:
- AI detects suspicious activity
- Security signals do not match
- Location history requires clarification
- Referral activity appears unusual
- The 30 KM requirement cannot be clearly verified
- Previous account activity creates uncertainty
- A policy violation is suspected
During a review, the referral status may remain pending or Unverified until the investigation is completed.
12. ⚠️ No Guarantee of Automatic Approval
Creating a referral does not guarantee that the referral requirements will automatically be approved.
The referral must pass the platform's complete verification process.
Even if the referral appears to meet the distance requirement, additional verification signals may still be checked.
The final status depends on the platform's verification and security process.
13. ✅ User Responsibility
Before creating a referral, it is the user's responsibility to make sure that all conditions are satisfied.
Before creating a referral, confirm:
✔️ The referral is a genuine and independent person.
✔️ The referral is not a member of your household.
✔️ The referral is outside the required 30 KM radius.
✔️ You have not recently visited or used your account in the referral area.
✔️ If you previously visited the area, the required 100-day gap has passed.
✔️ You do not return to the referral area while requirements are pending.
✔️ You wait until all referral requirements are fully completed.
✔️ You do not attempt to bypass or manipulate the verification system.
🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE
Referral verification is a security-based process.
Any attempt to violate the Referral Policy, manipulate location requirements, bypass the 30 KM rule, ignore the 100-day gap, or return to the referral area before requirements are completed may result in the referral being rejected or the Referral Account being immediately marked as Unverified.
If the AI or security system has any doubt regarding your referral, location, device, network, or account activity, the platform may place the referral under additional review.
Additional AI/Security review may take approximately 10–15 days.
During the review period, referral requirements may remain pending and the user may be required to wait until the verification process is completed.
By creating a referral, the user confirms that they understand and agree to follow all Referral Policy requirements.
