If you add or use an incorrect wallet address and submit a withdrawal request, your withdrawal may be rejected.

- ❌ An address for the wrong network

3. 🚨 Violation on Profile
If an incorrect wallet address is detected during a withdrawal request or security review, the withdrawal may be rejected and a Violation may be displayed on your profile.
A wallet-related violation may remain visible on the account until the matter is reviewed or resolved according to the platform's rules.
Repeated or suspicious wallet activity may also result in additional security checks.
4. 🔍 Check Your Wallet Address Before Withdrawal
Before confirming your withdrawal, carefully review your wallet information.
Please make sure that:
✅ The wallet address is correct.
✅ The selected network is correct.
✅ The selected cryptocurrency matches the wallet.
✅ The wallet address is active and compatible.
✅ You have not accidentally copied an old or incorrect address.
IMPORTANT: Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Always verify the wallet address and network before confirming a withdrawal.

If you have entered an incorrect wallet address and want to reset or change your wallet address, you must follow the official Wallet Address Reset Requirements.

Step 4️⃣ — Complete the Requirements
You must complete all required conditions before requesting a wallet address reset.
Incomplete requirements may prevent the wallet address reset request from being processed.
Step 5️⃣ — Request the Reset
Once all required conditions have been successfully completed, follow the instructions provided by the platform to request the wallet address reset.
🔐 6. Wallet Reset Is Not Automatic
Adding an incorrect wallet address does not mean that the wallet address can be changed immediately.
The wallet reset process is subject to the platform's requirements and security verification.

A withdrawal may be rejected if:

If a withdrawal is rejected because of incorrect wallet information entered by the user, the user is responsible for correcting the wallet details and following the applicable reset requirements.
